Product Condition: The product must be returned in its original packaging, with no more than 35% of the content used.

Provide Documentation: Submit the 7-day photographic documentation along with a brief description of your experience.
Return Authorization: Upon review, our team will provide instructions for returning the product.
Refund Processing: Once we receive and inspect the returned product, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
Important Notes:
Return Shipping Charges: All return shipping costs shall be borne exclusively by the customer and are strictly non-refundable under all circumstances.
